  • 2 large potatoes
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 dessert spoon of tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • flour (optional)

How to make Potatoes stuffed with fried minced meat:

  1. First we will make the sauce that we will use to make the stuffed potatoes.
  2. To do this, we put oil in a pan and when it is hot we add the onion and garlic chopped very small.
  3. When a few minutes have passed, we add the minced meat, stir and cook until done.
  4. When the meat is done, we put a small spoonful of tomato sauce, add a little salt and, if we want, also a little pepper.
  5. We can put out the fire now.
  6. Now, we beat an egg and add it. We leave the sauce ready to beat everything later and we are going to make the potatoes.
  7. Peel the potatoes and cut them vertically in the middle so that they are elongated. With the help of a grater, we are cutting them into thin strips.
  8. Now, we put a lot of oil in a pan and we are going to cook them until they are soft but without frying.
