- 4 potatoes
- 150 grams of squid rings
- 150 grams of shrimp
- 100 grams of peas
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 splash of white wine
How to make Potato stew with squid and shrimp:
- We start by peeling the prawns. Reserve them and put the heads and shells in a saucepan with water that we bring to the fire and let it boil for 15-20 minutes. Remove, strain the broth and reserve to continue with the potato and squid stew.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and crack them. This consists of making a cut with the knife in the potato and pulling to release the piece. This type of cut is the most appropriate for stews, as it makes the potato thicken the broth.
