Potato stew with meat recipe

When we make a stew, the base is usually made up of a tomato and onion sauce, to which some protein is added. In this recipe we will make it with meat and other ingredients that we want, such as potatoes, an important source of carbohydrates. Keep reading and discover the recipe to cook potato stew with meat.

  • 500 grams of beef tenderloin
  • 200 grams of long onion
  • 3 units of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 unit of Beer
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 1 cup of black sauce
  • 1 unit of bell pepper or red paprika
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 units of Potatoes

How to make Potato stew with meat:

  1. Our first step to make the recipe for stewed potatoes is to pre-list all the ingredients.
  2. Wash the potatoes very well and cut them into medium pieces as shown in the photograph. Then, take them to a pot, add water to cover them and cook them over medium heat until they are tender. Remove them and reserve them.
  3. Cut the onion, pepper and tomato into small squares. Then, take these ingredients to a frying pan with a little oil, with this we will make the sauce that will act as the basis of our recipe for stewed potatoes with meat.
