Ingredients to make Potato Soup:
- 300 grams of potato
- 1 onion
- 2 leek stalks
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley
How to make Potato Soup:
- Put just enough water in the pressure cooker to cover the potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices, as well as the onion and leek stems.
- We cook for 15 minutes at maximum pressure, cool and beat everything in the blender.
- In a saucepan put 2 tablespoons of oil and add the potato mixture, season with salt, pepper and curry.
- Serve hot, garnish with the chopped parsley and finally add the tablespoon of raw oil.
