Potato soup recipe

Ingredients to make Potato Soup:

  • 300 grams of potato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 leek stalks
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley

How to make Potato Soup:

  1. Put just enough water in the pressure cooker to cover the potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices, as well as the onion and leek stems.
  2. We cook for 15 minutes at maximum pressure, cool and beat everything in the blender.
  3. In a saucepan put 2 tablespoons of oil and add the potato mixture, season with salt, pepper and curry.
  4. Serve hot, garnish with the chopped parsley and finally add the tablespoon of raw oil.
