  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 4 dessert spoons of mustard

How to make Potato Pancakes:

  1. To prepare the potato pancakes, the first thing you should do is get all the ingredients ready, remember that these pancakes are fried so you need oil to fry.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes and with the grater, for the thick part, grate all the potatoes.
  3. Then mix this zest with the egg, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. To prepare the potato pancakes, add the flour to the mixture and stir to integrate all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  5. To finish, in a pan with plenty of boiling oil, fry portions of the mixture trying to make them flat, remove when they are well golden.
