- 6 potatoes
- 100 grams of smoked bacon
- 100 grams of cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 splash of olive oil
How to make Potato Gratin with Bacon:
- We gather all the ingredients to prepare the gratin potatoes with bacon.
- First of all, we peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices of approximately half a centimeter.
- We put the potatoes on a greased oven tray with a little oil. Place a layer of potatoes on the base, season with salt and pepper and add a little ground nutmeg.
- Add the bacon cut into strips on top of the potatoes and a little cheese spread.
- We place another layer of potato, interspersing it with bacon and cheese until we finish all the potatoes. We will leave a top layer of potatoes.
- We put the potatoes in the oven at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes.
