Ingredients to make potato gnocchi in sauce:

- 200 grams of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 50cc of cognac
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 500 grams of mashed potatoes
- 30 grams of grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 kilo of tomato
- 400 ml of water
How to make potato gnocchi in sauce:
- Chop the onion in a little oil, add minced meat, brown it, and pour in the cognac.
- Let it cook a little bit, add the grated tomatoes and add salt, pepper and sugar, cook it for a few minutes, remove it.
- Make the puree with the water and a little salt, pepper and sugar.
- Mix the beaten egg and lukewarm water with just enough to get smooth dough.
- Work it a little and let it rest for half an hour.
- With the paste, it is cut into small pieces, shaping it with a fork.
- Boil the gnocchi with plenty of water and salt for a few minutes.
- When they are cooked, drain them, spread the grated cheese and cover with the sauce.
