Potato broth recipe

Ingredients to make Potato Broth:

  • Type of preparation: Breakfast.
  • Servings: 4 servings.
  • Preparation time: 30 minutes.
  • 1 pound of sabanera potato
  • 1 teaspoon refined salt
  • 1 cube broth (of your choice)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to make Potato Broth:

  1. We list all the ingredients.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into similar squares all (that have the same size so that the cooking is even).
  3. In a pot put the potato, salt, cube, coriander and pepper.
  4. Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes maximum until the potato is at the desired doneness. Serve.
