Potato and tuna roll recipe

Ingredients to make Potato and Tuna Roll:

  • 4 units of small potatoes
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 100 milliliters of Cream of milk (½ cup)
  • 1 can of canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons of black olives
  • 2 tablespoons sweet and sour gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 unit of red tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Potato and Tuna Roll:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot with water and salt, cook the peeled potatoes for 25 minutes until they are soft.
  3. Make a creamy puree by mixing the potatoes, butter and milk cream, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Separately, to make the filling, mix the can of tuna with the mayonnaise, the tomato without seeds, the olives, the capers and the gherkins, all finely chopped, season with salt and pepper.
  5. On a surface, arrange cling film and spread the mashed potatoes on it.
