  • 300 grams of shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 unit of lettuce

How to make Potato Shrimp Salad:

The first step to make the potato salad recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. You must peel the potatoes and cut them into medium squares, take them to a deep pot with enough water to cover them, add a teaspoon of salt and cook until they are soft. Remove the cooked potatoes to a bowl or bowl and allow them to cool before adding the rest of the  shrimp salad ingredients. Once the potatoes are cold, add the avocado mayonnaise and the peas, mix the ingredients well so that they integrate very well.

Tip: If you want you can add other vegetables such as carrots, beans, etc. You can accommodate this recipe to your liking!

Bring a skillet to medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter melts add the shrimp, sauté with salt, black pepper and a pinch of garlic paste to taste. At the end, deglaze the shrimp with the white wine and, once the alcohol in the wine has evaporated, turn off the heat. Let the shrimp cool and add them to the potato salad. If you want, you can add a little more parsley. Ideally, this salad should be eaten cold. Mix the recipe ingredients well.

Decorate the dish by serving the potato and shrimp salad on top of a lettuce leaf. So, place a large leaf on each of the plates. Add a little potato salad with a teaspoon on top of the lettuce leaf, sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds and voila!
