- We get the ingredients ready to start preparing the leek and potato soup.
- In a saucepan with a little oil place the leek and garlic, and fry.
- Place the potato and stir the ingredients for a few minutes to cook.
- Add the vegetable broth and the piece of ginger.
- Let the potato and leek soup cook until the flavors are integrated and the potato is soft.
- At the end and after letting it cool down, we grind everything.
- We serve the potato and leek soup with ginger! I accompanied it with a delicious Jamaican water and lemon.
