Potato and Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Potato and Egg Salad:

  • 1 unit potato
  • 1/2 unit carrot
  • 80 g string beans
  • 80g pineapple
  • 1 unit egg
  • 60g mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Potato and Egg Salad:

List all the ingredients. Cut the carrot and the beans into small squares, cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Cook the potato in cold salted water, once cooked remove the skin and cut into small cubes. Cook the egg from cold water for 10 minutes. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the shell of the egg, remove the yolk, mix with the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Cut the white into small cubes. Once everything is cooked mix with salt and pepper. Mix with the mayonnaise with the salad, serves.
