- 1 piece of salt
- 250 grams of grated cheese
- 2 eggs

- Bread crumbs

How to make Potato Cheese Bombs:
Cooking the peeled potatoes is the first step in making these cheese balls. Drain the water and mash the potatoes to make a puree.
Add 100 grams of the grated cheese to the bomb masses along with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and a beaten egg. Mix everything well. Shape the potato and cheese bomblets into tangerine-sized buns.
Take one by one, put it in the palm of your hand, flatten it a bit and in the center add a handful of the cheese you reserved together with an optional green olive. Then wrap the cheese bomb with the potato again in the form of a ball. Place the remaining beaten egg on one plate, the breadcrumbs on another, and the flour on another. Coat the potato and cheese bombs first with flour, then with the egg and finally with the breadcrumbs, trying to go slowly to cover them all well.
