Potato and Boiled Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Potato and Boiled Egg Salad:

  • 4 units of medium potato
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Half Cream
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Potato and Boiled Egg Salad:

Making this potato salad is very easy. Keep in mind that the amount of mayonnaise and half cream are relative since you can add them to taste according to the texture you want for your salad. On the other hand, the media cream is also achieved under the name of cream or cooking cream.

Heat enough water to boil the potatoes with the eggs, until the first ones are done. It is important that they are done but not that they fall apart or become too soft, remember that we want to feel the potato pieces in the salad, not make a puree.

Peel and say the potatoes, do the same with the boiled eggs. Then mix well with the mayonnaise, the cream and a little oil. Correct the seasoning with a little salt and add pepper if you like.

To give a little color to leg salad and boiled eggs, you can add other ingredients such as carrots and peas.
