- 1 white onion
- 3 garlic
- 1 bouillon cube
- dried thyme
- 200 gr of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 jar of stew
How to make Pot Vegetable Stew:
- List all the ingredients.
- Chop the garlic finely and cook in a pot until golden brown.
- Chop the onion and cook it together with the garlic until white.
- When the onion is white add the tablespoon of flour and half a cube of broth, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and sprigs of thyme, cook for 3 more minutes.
- Add the vegetable stew, add salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve and taste very hot.
