Pot Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients to make Pot Vegetable Stew:

  • 1 white onion
  • 3 garlic
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • dried thyme
  • 200 gr of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 jar of stew

How to make Pot Vegetable Stew:

  1. List all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the garlic finely and cook in a pot until golden brown.
  3. Chop the onion and cook it together with the garlic until white.
  4. When the onion is white add the tablespoon of flour and half a cube of broth, cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken broth and sprigs of thyme, cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. Add the vegetable stew, add salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve and taste very hot.
