Ingredients to make Pot stew with peppers:
- For 4 people:
- 1 kilo of Pot (it can be cuttlefish or squid)
- 2 onions.
- 2 green peppers.
- 1 can of piquillo peppers.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- 1 sprig of parsley.
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
How to make pot stew with peppers:
- Cut the squid into wide strips.
- Julienne (thin strips) the onions and the green pepper.
- We chop the garlic cloves.
- In clay pot browns the onions and the green pepper.
- Add the garlic and pot.
- Stirring constantly, add the glass of white wine.
- Just cover with water and cover, leaving it on a low heat for half an hour.
