Pot stewed with peppers recipe

Ingredients to make Pot stew with peppers:

  • For 4 people:
  • 1 kilo of Pot (it can be cuttlefish or squid)
  • 2 onions.
  • 2 green peppers.
  • 1 can of piquillo peppers.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 glass of white wine.
  • 1 sprig of parsley.
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil.

How to make pot stew with peppers:

  1. Cut the squid into wide strips.
  2. Julienne (thin strips) the onions and the green pepper.
  3. We chop the garlic cloves.
  4. In clay pot browns the onions and the green pepper.
