3.Add the piece of onion, the garlic cloves, and the branch of episode and a pinch of salt, cover and let cook. If you use a pressure cooker as soon as it starts to release steam, you should count 30 minutes, and if you use a normal pot, cook for about 1 hour or until they are soft.

4.After the cooking time, remove the onion, the garlic cloves and the episode leaves, check the flavor and if you think it is necessary, add a little more salt. Let it boil for only about 5 more minutes and they will be ready. Serve the beans, you can enjoy them alone in their own broth or serve them as a side dish to a dish. Let’s eat!
