Portuguese white salmon recipe in microwave

Ingredients to make Portuguese white salmon in the microwave:

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 80 ccs of olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 kilo of white salmon
  • 120 grams of flour
  • 300 grams of tomato, puree
  • 1 sprig of chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • 50 ml of white wine
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 lemon, the juice

How to make Portuguese white salmon in the microwave:

  1. The peppers are cut into wheels.
  2. The onion is cut first in the middle and then each half into slices.
  3. The garlic is crushed.
  4. Put everything together with the bay leaf in a wide microwave-safe casserole.
  5. Drizzle with the oil, cover and microwave on high power for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir halfway through and mix well.
  7. The salmon is sprinkled with a little lemon, salted and peppered and then drizzled in the flour, coating it well.
  8. The flour is what will give consistency to the sauce.
  9. Place the fish in the casserole, with the vegetables.
  10. Add the tomato puree (you can also use two very ripe tomatoes cut into slices), the sugar, the fresh thyme, the oregano, the black olives, the white wine, a dash of oil and cook uncovered in the microwave, for 14 minutes on full power.
  11. It should move when half of the cooking time has elapsed.
