Port Consommé Recipe

Ingredients to make Port Consommé:

  • 1 liter of White Gallina Meat Broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 liter of Homemade White Gallina Meat Broth
  • fried bread
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons tapioca

How to make Port Consommé:

  1. Heat the liter of Carne Gallina Blanca broth. When it starts to boil, add the tapioca in the form of rain and let it cook until it is transparent.
  2. Heat the liter of Homemade White Gallina Meat broth. When it starts to boil, add the tapioca in the form of rain and let it cook until it is transparent.
  3. Separately, in the tureen, before pouring the soup, put the tablespoons of butter and the beaten yolks. Serve hot and with pieces of fried bread on top.
