Porridge Recipe

Ingredients to make Porridge:

  • For 4 people:
  • 250 gr of wheat flour
  • a little of oil
  • half a liter of milk
  • Salt
  • sugar
  • cinnamon powder
  • vanilla

How to make Porridge:

  1. In a medium frying pan, pour a little oil (just to cover the surface) and when it is a little hot, add the flour little by little and move it so that it does not burn.
  2. When we calculate that the flour has browned a little, add the milk without stopping to stir so that there are no lumps.
  3. When we see that the milk and flour have formed a homogeneous mixture, add salt and sugar to taste and a little ground cinnamon and a pinch of vanilla.
  4. Let it boil for 15 or 20 minutes and remove.
  5. Sugar and cinnamon are generously sprinkled on top and a tasteful touch is given by garnishing the plate with sour cherries.
  6. And we will have an exquisite dish, which can be eaten both hot and cold, in both modalities, it is very good.
  7. In this hot weather, it is advisable to put it in the fridge and serve it the next day.
