Pork Skewers with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients to make Pork Skewers with Vegetables:

For 4 people:

  • 500 grams boneless pork
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
  • 6 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 250 grams of onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Pork Skewers with Vegetables:

Prepare the sauce: Put the spices in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and season with salt.

Mix all ingredients. Cut the meat into large cubes, cut the peppers into squares the size of the meat. Clean the mushrooms and, if they are very large, cut them to the same size as the meat. Assemble the skewers alternating mushrooms, meat and peppers. Moisten the skewers with the sauce.

Put them on the grill and dip them from time to time with the sauce.
