How to make pork sirloin in varoma with apple sauce:

  1. Cut the sirloins into slices, season with salt and pepper and place in the varoma; reserve.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the core and chop them. Peel and chop the carrots and onion; peel the garlic.
  3.  Put the vegetables and the apple in the glass and chop 10 seconds at speed
  4. Add the oil and cook for 10 minutes tª varoma, speed 1. After the time, add the water (plus the cider, if we choose to add it), the stock cube and the spices.
  5. We put the varoma in its place and program 25 minutes, tª varoma, speed 1.
  6. After the time, we check that the meat is there, if not, we give it 3 or 5 more minutes. Remove the varoma and plate the sirloin and cover it with the sauce.
  7. Note: if you like the thinnest sauce, you can grind it (15 sec at speed 8), but i loved it without grinding it. Garnish with the apple in small pieces if you wish with some potatoes to the poor… Cool. It is a very simple recipe and the truth is that the sauce is delicious, even to accompany some chicken breasts.
