Pork ribs recipe with honey, mustard and soy

Ingredients to make Pork Ribs with Honey, Mustard and Soy:

  • 1½ wedges of pork ribs
  • 120 milliliters of Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make Honey Mustard Soy Pork Ribs:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to make the pork ribs with honey, mustard and soy.
  2. We make the soy-based sauce to marinate the ribs. To make it, we mix the soybeans with a tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of water.
  3. Marinate the ribsfor half an hour. Previously we have seasoned the meat. The marinating time is very important, if you are in a hurry you can leave it for less than 30 minutes but keep in mind that the longer it takes, the more flavor the meat will absorb.
  4. Drain the pork ribs, reserve the maceration sauce and arrange them on a baking tray with a drizzle of oil on the bottom. We put the pork ribs in the oven at 180 ºC for 1 hour and a quarter.
  5. During cooking, we paint the ribs with the maceration sauce every 20 minutes.
  6. We prepare a sauce with a tablespoon of honey, a teaspoon of mustard and half a teaspoon of oregano. You can also prepare the honey and mustard sauce for meats.
  7. We serve the pork ribs with honey, mustard and soy accompanied with a salad of roasted beets. You can also try the baked ribs with barbecue sauce and honey. That you enjoy!
