Pork rib recipe in plum sauce

  • 500 grams of meaty pork rib
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup plum sauce (the brand of your choice)

How to make Pork rib in plum sauce:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. In an ovenproof dish, place the ribs with the oregano, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and mustard.
  3. Preheat the oven to approximately 180 degrees. Cover the pan with a large piece of aluminum foil and cook the ribs. Leave for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Rectify that it is at the desired cooking level if it cannot be cooked for another five minutes, making sure that it does not overcook
  4. Serve accompanied by the plum sauce of your choice and cassava chips or any other type of accompaniment
