Pork Rib Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients to make Macaroni with Pork Rib:

  • 500 gr. of macaroni
  • 400 gr. chopped pork rib
  • 100 gr. chopped lean bacon
  • 1/2 dl. of olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 glass of Madeira wine or brandy
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Pork Rib Macaroni:

  1. In a casserole, fry the ribs and bacon in oil, rubbed with rosemary, bay leaf, fennel and whole garlic.
  2. Remove the garlic when golden and the bay leaf.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the wine or brandy.
  4. Complete cooking over moderate heat.
  5. Cook the pasta al dente and drain it.
  6. Place it in a bowl and season with the prepared stew.
  7. Serve grated cheese separately.
