Pork Gyozas Recipe

For the filling:

• 100 grams of minced pork

• 100 grams of cabbage

• 1 clove garlic

• Salt

• 1 dessert spoon of powdered ginger

For the mass:

• 100 flour 000

• Extra flour for rolling

How to make Pork Gyozas:

The first step to make this recipe for pork gyozas is to assemble the dough. To do this, you must spread flour on top of a completely clean marble and pour hot water in the center. Using a spoon or gloves, knead for about 10 minutes to obtain a smooth, soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage into very small pieces. Mix it with the minced pork, minced garlic clove and grated ginger. Reserve it. To continue, return to the dough. Divide the bun into 15 equal parts of approximately 10 grams.

Stretch them approximately 8 centimeters in diameter and 2 or 3 millimeters wide. You can help by sprinkling the rolling pin so they don’t stick. Fill each disc of dough with the meat and cabbage mixture.
