Pork gorditas recipe

Ingredients to make pork gorditas:

  • 3/4 kg of corn dough
  • 300 grams of pressed pork rinds
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 can of cream

How to make pork gorditas:

Mix the dough with the pork rinds, set aside a little pork rinds for the filling. Apply salt and a little water, separate the dough into portions according to the size you say the chubby. Form the gorditas and cook them on a griddle, turning them over so that they sew evenly.  Once cooked, make a small cut on the side and fill with the pork rinds. You can accompany it with cream.
