Pork Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients to make Pork Fajitas:

  • 1 unit of bell pepper
  • 3 unit of Onion
  • 120 grams of pork
  • 1 dessert spoon of paprika
  • 2 units of corn tortillas
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Pork Fajitas:

1.The first step to do is to get all the ingredients ready to prepare the pork fajitas.

2.Next, we cut the pork into thin strips as shown in the photograph.

3.Next, cut the pepper and onion into very thin julienne strips and set aside.

4.In a bowl, marinate the pork with salt, pepper, oil and paprika powder. This way our Mexican fajitas will be much tastier.

5.Then we will put 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, and when it is hot we will put the pieces of pork to fry.

6.Add the cut vegetables to the pan along with the pork and continue to sauté the fajita filling until the vegetables are tender. We rectify salt and pepper if necessary and if it is very dry we can add a little water, wine or soy sauce.

7.Fill the corn tortillas with the prepared filling, then brown them in a pan and that’s it, enjoy! You can eat pork fajitas alone or accompany them with other typical Mexican dishes such as original guacamole or bean soup.
