Pork Beans with Chops Recipe

Ingredients to make Pork Beans with Chops:

  • 1 Kg of Floor de Bayes Beans (whatever brand)
  • 2 smoked chops
  • 2 Chicken Legs (FUD or San Rafael)
  • 3 Sinaloa Tomatoes (the round ones)
  • ¼ kilo of bacon
  • 1 bunch of coriander finely chopped
  • ¼ kilo of longaniza or chorizo
  • 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 chopped onion

 

How to make Pork Beans with Chops:

3.Clean the beans and put them to soak in water overnight.

4.In a large pot, cook the beans alone, and enough water to cover them, and half an onion.

5.Cook the beans over low heat until some begin to fall apart.

8.In the blender, put the onion, a cup of cooked beans and a cup of the same water that was put in it.

9.Blend everything until you make a puree.

10.Add it to the pot of beans.

13.Add the longaniza or chorizo ​​in pieces and chop the tomatoes.
