- 1 kg of pomfret.
- 1 glass of natural cider.
- 2 potatoes.
- 100 g of onion.
- 2 teaspoons of chorizo pepper meat.
- 200 g of cooked peas.
- Olive oil.

How to make Cider Palometa:
- In a casserole, add a drizzle of olive oil, add the chopped onion or chives and sauté them.
- Then we add the potatoes, peeled, clean and cut into thin slices.
- Sauté, season and wet the stew with 2 glasses of water.
- After 15 minutes, we add the cleaned and sliced pomfret, the cider and the choicer pepper meat and the cooked peas.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes, until done.
