Ingredients to make Pomegranate Smoothie:

  1. ½ cup Mango
  2. ½ cup of Blackberries
  3. 1 cup of Strawberries
  4. 1 cup of pomegranate
  5. ½ cup of plain yogurt
  6. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  7. ½ cup of Water (120 milliliters)
  8. ½ cup of ice

How to make Pomegranate Smoothie:

  • The first step in preparing our pomegranate smoothie will be to wash and disinfect all the fruits.
  • Subsequently, add half a cup of water and a tablespoon of chia seeds to the blender, this with the purpose of hydrating the chia and making better use of all its properties. We will let it absorb water while we prepare the other ingredients.
  • Separately, remove the peel from the mango and chop into medium cubes.
  • Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the grains, avoiding the white skin, as it will make the detox juice bitter.
  • Remove the tail of the strawberries taking care not to leave too much pulp when cutting.
  • Add the chopped fruit to the blender where the chia was resting, along with half a cup of yogurt and ice to taste. Beat until the ingredients have been crushed well and a smooth consistency is obtained. At this time you can add green leaves such as spinach, chard or lettuce and complement your green juice.
  • Serve the pomegranate smoothie and enjoy at the moment.
