Pod stew with cuttlefish recipe

Ingredients to make pod stew with cuttlefish:

  • 300 grams of pods
  • 700 grams of cuttlefish
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Toilet
  • virgin olive oil
  • Salt

How to make pod stew with cuttlefish:

  1. Finely chop the spring onion, the diced tomato, the minced garlic and sauté briefly in a pan with oil. Season.
  2. Clean the cuttlefish and chop them.
  3. Clean and cut the pods, if necessary remove the threads with a peeler.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  5. Add the cuttlefish pieces, pods and potatoes to the pan.
  6. Pour a glass of white wine and cover with water.
