Poblano Rice Recipe

  • 3 branches of Epazote
  • 125 milliliters of Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 poblano chiles

How to make Poblano Rice:

  1. We prepare the ingredients to prepare our poblano rice.
  2. We wash and dry the chiles perfectly. Finely chop the garlic, and chop the onion as well.
