- 1 cup of rice

How to make Poblano Rice:
- We prepare the ingredients to prepare our poblano rice.
- We wash and dry the chiles perfectly. Finely chop the garlic, and chop the onion as well.
- Tip: If the chiles are hot, submerge them in cold water with a tablespoon of salt and half a lemon.
- Wash the rice and put it to drain in a strainer.
