Add the milk little by little and also the water from cooking the cod. The fire must be in the middle so that it thickens and results in a thick béchamel without lumps. Then add a little salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and add them to the béchamel in small pieces. On the other hand, clean the cod of skin and bones and add it to the mixture. Stir and mix everything, let cook for 5 minutes. Next, chop some parsley and add it.
