- 1 sheet of pizza dough
- ½ can of chopped tomato
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 piece of goat cheese
- 100 grams of bacon strips
- 50 grams of Ham in cubes
- 1 handful of fresh mushrooms
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Pizza with goat cheese and bacon:
- Gather all the ingredients on the work table and start by spreading the pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Then place a layer of crushed tomato and a pinch of salt, trying to limit the amount of tomato liquid to a minimum.
- Now, add some cheese on top of the pizza. Try to spread it well and apply only a small handful of cheese, we will put the rest at the end.
- Now it’s time to add the first extras, in this case the meat. Distribute equally throughout the pizza both the bacon and the pieces of sweet ham.
