Ingredients to make Pizza with fresh tuna and Burgos cheese:
- 150 grams of whole meal flour
- 1 deciliter of lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
- 10 grams of yeast
- a pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons of fried tomato
- 200 grams of fresh tuna
- 100 grams of zucchini
- 1 green pepper
- 100 grams of Burgos fresh cheese
- 100 grams of cheese to melt special pizzas
- a little oregano
How to make Pizza with fresh tuna and Burgos cheese:
- Prepare the integral pizza dough: first, we mix the salt with the integral flour, and on the other hand, we dissolve the yeast in the warm water with the two tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
- Then, in a salad bowl or large bowl, add the whole meal flour and little by little the lukewarm water until consistent and elastic dough is formed that does not stick.
- Once the dough is formed, we shape it into a ball and let it rest covered with a damp cloth until it doubles its size.
- We knead the ball again and we extend it little by little, giving it the shape of a large plate one centimeter thick.
- We place it on a metallic base greased with oil so that it does not stick, to bake lightly for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
- Once the pizza dough is slightly cooked, we take it out of the oven.
- We place a fried tomato base on the pizza.
- Add the fresh tuna clean of bones and skin, cut into slices.
- Interspersed with the bonito we put the chopped zucchini, the green pepper cut into slices, all raw together with the drained fresh cheese from Burgos.
- Decorate with grated cheese and cook the pizza for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200ºC.
