Pizza recipe with fresh mozzarella and ham

Ingredients to make Pizza with fresh mozzarella and ham:

  • For the masses:
  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 100 milliliters of Water
  • 15 milliliters of Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • For the filling:
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 200 grams of buffalo mozzarella
  • 100 grams of black olives
  • 100 grams of Ham
  • 1 pinch of oregano

How to make Pizza with fresh mozzarella and ham:

  1. In order to start preparing homemade pizza, the first thing we must do is gather all the ingredients.
  2. We start by preparing the homemade pizza dough. To make it, we take a container and mix the flour with the salt and sugar. We form a volcano with the mixture and add the egg, oil, water in the center and mix well until obtaining a compact mass. The dough should not stick to the hands, so if we consider it necessary we can add more flour. We make a hole in the center of the dough again and add the yeast with a splash of water. Mix well and let the dough rest.
  3. Trick: Sift or sift the flour before hand to obtain finer dough.
  4. While the pizza dough remains, we prepare the filling. Cut the fresh mozzarella into equal slices and the ham into small squares.
  5. We spread the pizza dough with a rolling pin and give it a circular shape. Spread the surface with the tomato sauce to taste evenly.
  6. The next step to continue with the preparation of the homemade pizza is to add the chopped olives, the ham cubes and the mozzarella slices. Sprinkle a little oregano to taste to enhance the flavor of the recipe.
  7. Tip: Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
