Pizza recipe of various flavors

  3. Yeast
  4. Extra virgin olive oil
  5. Dip
  6. Ham

  9. Corn

How to make Pizza of various flavors:

  • To make this pizza, we first have to introduce part of the wheat flour into a large bowl, and leave about 4 separate tablespoons of flour to thicken the dough.
  • With a spoon we make a hole in the center of the bowl and add the yeast dissolved in a little water. We beat it with a wooden spoon from the center outwards and gradually mix it with the flour.
  • Add the extra virgin olive oil and salt(it is important that the salt and yeast do not come into direct contact so as not to have problems in the fermentation process). We continue stirring what begins to be the dough, which for now will be a sticky but firm mixture.
  • We prepare the area where we are going to knead, for example, on the kitchen counter. Sprinkle the remaining flour on the chosen surface, remove the dough from the bowl and begin to work the dough with your hands. It is very important to refine the dough so that it is more elastic and rises better. To refine it, we have to stretch the dough like a churro and twist it into a spiral several times. At the end, we come back together and knead again for about ten minutes.
  • Tip: This is what makes the dough look amazing.
  • After those 10 minutes, we will be able to manipulate the dough more quickly, since it will become elastic and homogeneous. The correct measure of flour is “until the flour does not stick to your hands”, but we should not abuse it either. We are turning the dough into a ball. Cover the bowl with a cotton cloth for approximately 45/60 minutes.
  • Tip:The amount of flour that we add to the dough depends on the quality of the flour, since they do not always come from the same grind, nor is the wheat the same.
  • We take the previous bowl and flour it. We put the ball of dough in it. To know how long the dough should be allowed to rise, we will use the following trick: if we press it with a finger and the dough returns to its original position, it will be ready to prepare!
  • And here we have the dough to start preparing the pizza with the ingredients that you like the most. We just have to put the sauce on it, put the ingredients and bake it at 200ºC in the oven until the pizza is golden.
