Ingredients to make Pizza Pullesa:

  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 125 ml of water
  • 20 grams of onion
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 2 pinches of oregano
  • 150 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Pizza Pullesa:

  1. Put the flour in the shape of a volcano and make a hole in the center, where you pour the yeast dissolved in warm water.
  2. Add the oil, a little water and salt.
  3. It is kneaded well until we see that it does not stick to the hands.
  4. Let it rest covered with a cloth.
  5. Cook the tomato and pass through a sieve.
  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, place it in the chosen mold and on it, the chopped onion, the grated cheese, the oil, the mozzarella pieces and the oregano.
  7. It is introduced in the oven for 30 minutes.
