In a frying pan (normally the one with two handles is used in some places called cauldron) the “trope zones” are fried, that is to say the meat, the chorizos and the sausages, all made into small pieces, when it is fried everything is removed and reserved in a font.
2
In the oil used to fry the “trope zones”, fry the onion and garlic, remove from the heat and add the flour, return it to the heat to toast it and once golden, add the necessary water.
3
When it starts to boil, add the “trope zones” and continue turning until they are cooked (it can be recognized because it begins to bubble as if it were lava from a volcano).
