Pisco Sour in 4 steps

  1. 250 milliliters of Pisco
  2. 250 grams of white sugar
  3. 4 units of Lemon
  4. 2 units of egg white
  5. 1 cup of ice
  6. 3 drops of Angostura bitters

  • Prepare all the ingredients to create our pisco cocktail.
  • We start by separating the whites from the yolks. To prepare our Peruvian pisco sour we will only need the egg whites. You can use the yolks to prepare a recipe such as an Italian-style carbora pasta dish.
  • On the other hand, squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice. If you think it is necessary, pass the juice through a strainer to avoid any pieces of fruit or seeds remaining.
