Pink Fish Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Pink Fish Soup:

  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 1/2 Kg water
  • 1/2 Kg pink salmon
  • 1 pc fish broth
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 3 pcs potatoes
  • 2 ram celery
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 2 cc filled with tomato puree

How to make Pink Fish Soup:

  1. Boil the fish in the water with the chosen broth, the onion, the potatoes and the celery sticks.
  2. When the vegetables are tender, remove the saucepan from the heat, let cool slightly and blend the fish and vegetables with some of the broth.
  3. Return everything to the saucepan, add the tomato puree, the milk cream, taste and correct the seasoning.
  4. Heat well and before it breaks the boil add the starch dissolved in the wine and stir until thick.
  5. Remove, add more wine or broth if you prefer and season, accentuating the flavor of the pepper.
