Ingredients to make Tropical Pineapple Salad:

  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 3 bars of Squirmy or Crab
  • ½ can of corn
  • 50 grams of cooked ham or sweet ham
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 splash of pineapple juice

How to make Tropical Pineapple Salad:

To prepare this fresh summer salad, the first thing is to prepare the ingredients. I have used canned pineapple and I have taken the juice from the same can as part of the ingredients. If you have natural pineapple much better. Cut the crab sticks into thin strips.  To do this, extend the bars and cut vertically.

Next, cut the pineapple slice into small squares. If you use natural pineapple, remember to discard the heart of the fruit, which is the darkest and most bitter central circle.

Mix the mayonnaise with the juice. The result should be a slightly more runny mayonnaise with a more yellowish tint. The secret of a good tropical salad is this mixture with pineapple juice. Take everything to a bowl and stir well until the ingredients are evenly distributed. The mayonnaise must completely impregnate the entire preparation.

Refrigerate at least a couple of hours before serving and enjoy this fresh tropical salad. You can eat alone, with toast or with bread.
