Ingredients to make Pineapple Smoothie with ice cream:

  1. 2 slices of pineapple
  2. 1 unit of Grapefruit
  3. 1 unit of Orange
  4. 3 tablespoons of ice cream
  5. 1 unit of cherry or cocktail cherry

How to make Pineapple Smoothie with Ice Cream:

  • To make this smoothie with ice cream it is important that all the ingredients are very cold. Keep in mind that the pineapple can be natural or canned, if you use the latter you can add a little of the syrup that it brings to the preparation.
  • Cut the pineapple into pieces and take it to the blender. Remember that if you use canned pineapple you can add a little of the syrup.
  • Squeeze the grapefruit and orange in the blender, making sure that no seeds fall out. If you don’t have grapefruit you can use only oranges, the grapefruit has a different bitter touch but it is not essential.
  • Finally add the ice cream. Pour into the blender two generous portions, such as two medium scoops of vanilla ice cream, yogurt or cream if you prefer.
  • Activate the blender to the maximum and process everything until the pineapple has been completely crushed. The result should be a slightly thick liquid mixture.
  • Serve the pineapple smoothie with ice cream and decorate the glass with the icing. This non-alcoholic cocktail does not contain extra sugar but you can add it if you consider it necessary. Remember that you can serve it as a dessert and you can thicken it by leaving it in the freezer for a few minutes.
