Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients to make Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie:

  1. 1 slice of pineapple
  2. 1 glass of coconut milk
  3. 1 dessert spoon of sugar

How to make Pineapple Coconut Smoothie:

  • The first step to prepare this delicious smoothie will be to cut the pineapple slice. Keep a couple of pineapple leaves to decorate the glasses at the end.
  • Cut the pineapple into squares and discard the central circle of the fruit, which, although it can be eaten, can make the smoothie very bitter.
  • Coconut milk can be found in your usual supermarket. You can also use coconut meat or natural coconut mixed with a little milk.
  • Take everything to the blender and process for a few minutes until the fruit is completely crushed. You can do without sugar because if the pineapple is ripe it will be sweet enough for the smoothie to taste great.
  • Serve the pineapple and coconut smoothie and decorate with some dried pineapple leaves, it will be very elegant. You can drink this creamy juice at breakfast with an egg sandwich or in the afternoon with a snack and if you prefer you can add a few drops of rum and make a pine colada.
