Pincho Trintxerpe Recipe

Ingredients to make Pincho Trintxerpe:

  • Anchovies
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sauce:
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Green pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Parsley

How to make Pincho Trintxerpe:

To blanch the anchovies, remove the bones, and cover them with vinegar and salt for 2 hours. Then, we pass them through water and let them drain. Sauce: put in a frying pan, in oil with minced garlic, chopped peppers and let sauté for 5 minutes. Next we will have the anchovies spread out on a tray to sprinkle them with the sauce.
