Pincho Intxaurrondo Recipe

  • Pretty pepper
  • Mayonnaise

How to make Pincho Intxaurrondo:

Shrimp mousse:

Shrimp cake is crushed and mixed with the mayonnaise. This is placed on the slice of bread and garnished with some prawns and a mayonnaise flower.

Salad:

Place it on the bread, covering it well. Then, we place a slice of egg, mayonnaise and grated egg in abundance. To decorate, some color is placed on top, in this case a slice of carrot.
