Pina colada sorbet

Ingredients to make PINA COLADA SORBET:

  • 2 measures of white rum
  • 2 measures of pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut milk
  • 1 pinch of salt.

How to make PINA COLADA SORBET:

  1. Shake in a cocktail shaker, with a few ice cubes, if you are going to drink liquid.
  2. If you are going to make a sherbet, add 1 measure of sugar syrup and omit the salt.
  3. We will put in the freezer until it acquires the desired consistency.
  4. As the percentage of alcohol is high, a low temperature will be needed in the freezer.
  5. If you don’t want it too strong, add more sugar syrup. And at the same time you will need less temperature.
  6. One way to serve it is inside a pineapple, from which we will have previously emptied the meat and we will have kept it in the freezer so that it is very cold and the piñacolada does not liquefy us, we will garnish with a strip of coconut and some lemon rinds.
