Ingredients to make Pillars Puree:
- 125 grams of milk cream or liquid cream
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cups of dried lima beans
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 75 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Pillars Puree:
1.The lima beans are left in water the day before. They are strained and peeled.
2.Put water with salt in a saucepan and add the lima beans, when they are tender, drain them. They go through the blender. Add the butter with the cheese and the milk cream. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
