Pie recipe

Ingredients to make pie:

Dough:

  • Pyre corn
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • An exquisite touch of nutmeg with mustard

Filling:

  • Ground brisket
  • Leek onion
  • Egg onion
  • Crumbled cheese chunks
  • Finely chopped tomato, sautéed in a little oil
  • Optional: A little breadcrumbs.

How to make pie:

In a pot, brown the onion, the peppers, the tomato, the shallots, the paprika, the thyme in oil and salt to taste. When these ingredients are cooked, the Dorado meat is added.

Pour the wine with the curry diluted in it, the ground chili and the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper to taste, cook over a minimum heat covered between 15 and 20 minutes until the preparation thickens. Turn off the heat and let cool.

Place the stuffing in a container, remove the bay leaves and discard and add the chopped chives. Fill the discs of dough with the preparation and add a piece of hard-boiled egg and a pitted black olive for each one, close the empanadas and place them on an oiled plate, brush them with a little water and cook in a hot oven until golden brown.
